VPI memory model

model for synchronous write memory algorithm.

1. Sparse memory model implementation using c-code is easy. The routine malloc and re-alloc are used on memory write.


2. On read the allocated memory is simply scanned. If entry exists, its data is driven otherwise 0xff is driven.


3. Write is more complex as three options do exist.
   If no memory is allocated, this is the first write and the entry is written after memory allocation.
   If memory was already allocated, we need to scan all of the allocated entries. If a match is found its data is updated.
   If memory was already allocated and there is no match, a new entry is allocated memory and written.
