specman in batch mode using ncsim

The following shows how to run specman in batch mode. At work they use only GUI mode and vManager for regression. This is not good enough for me in some cases. First sometimes I want a quick single batch run. Second at home every thing is slow, via the remote line connection, and batch mode is certainly preffered.
