CYGWIN small tip for xterm invocation

A small tip for running xtrem under cygwin.

1. I use cygwin whenever I use windows and can not not install a virtual linux machine.


2. cygwin is very high quality product. I use its x-server and launch xterm.


3. I noticed that ~/.profile is not sourced, when I open a terminal although bash has been selected.


4. Therefor I changed the invocation command to:

alias my_xtermb='xterm -fn 10x20 -bg darkblue -fg white -e bash --login -i'


5. But sometimes the default is BASH and you may want TCSH:

xterm -fn 10x20 -bg darkblue -fg white -e "tcsh"
