E1 CRC-4 PCM30C

The following will show a simple implementation of an E1 CRC-4 calculation. The code is written in e and designed to run as stand alone mode with SPECMAN. The code uses the minimum number of bits as an example and can be easily modified to support a full E1 frame of 2048 bits.
